Attire:
1. ​Participants ​for ​neck ​class ​should ​wear ​an ​open-neck ​shirt ​that ​allows ​access ​to ​the ​neck ​and/or ​sports ​bra ​for ​females.
2. ​Participants ​for ​the ​ribcage ​class ​should ​wear/bring ​a ​button-down ​shirt ​(put ​on ​backwards) ​and ​females ​wear ​a ​sports ​bra.
